1. From Owego and West you can get off Rt. 17 at Apalachin and take 434 to Vestal 5-corners. Turn left on N. Main Street toward Endicott, which becomes Bridge St. Go under the highway and make the next right just before the bridge, this is Old Vestal Road. (It begins at Bridge Street and there is a gas station on the left). It is also highway 44. Follow Old Vestal Road to Old Vestal Lane, on the right. The facility should be right there on the right.

2. From the West, you can also take 17 and get off exit 68, go to Old Vestal Road and turn right, going West. After passing under the highway, you will see an entrance back onto 17, the facility is on your left just beyond that entrance.

3. You can also get off 17 by taking Rt. 26 South and exit onto Rt. 434. If you take this exit you must stay in the far right lane, to exit to 434. You would turn left on 434, back to the 5-corners and turn right on N. Main Street, then right on Old Vestal Road off Bridge Street (as above). This has an awful lot of turns.

The easiest way for those coming from the West is probably Exit 68. There is only the right turn on Old Vestal Road this way. It is doubling back but not that far.

From the East, you would have to take Rt. 26 South exit, getting in the far right lane after crossing over 434. Follow directions in paragraph 3. There are a number of ways to get on Old Vestal Road from Binghamton, other than Rt. 17. If you are on Rt. 17, Rt. 26 South is the last chance to exit for Vestal.
